At DUFALO, we’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimums, no hidden fees.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your selected delivery address.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times refer to the transit period after your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on several factors, including your location and local courier operations.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects a potential address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days of your order being placed to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at shop@dufalo.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

Delayed Deliveries

At DUFALO, we understand the importance of receiving your order promptly and always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

These may include:

  • Courier delays or transportation disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs processing delays
  • Address verification or payment issues

If any issue arises that may delay your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated on its status.

Please note that DUFALO cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors. That said, our team is always here to assist and support you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our direct control. DUFALO is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be lost:

  • Please contact us at shop@dufalo.com
  • We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers require this step

We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf where possible and provide any updates we receive.

Please note:

  • Lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy
  • In certain cases, a replacement may be offered at our discretion
  • If a package cannot be located, you may be advised to file a police report, depending on the courier’s requirements
