DUFALO Returns Information

At DUFALO, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed to support your goals and deliver real results. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days to allow enough time to experience their full benefits.

If, after this period, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within our 30-day money-back guarantee period. To begin the process, please contact us at shop@dufalo.com

Order Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once this timeframe has passed, the order may already be in processing and we may be unable to accommodate your request.

If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We encourage all customers to try DUFALO products for at least 14 days to fully evaluate their effectiveness. If you are still unsatisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase.

Please note:

·       Returns requested before 14 days of use are not eligible. 

·       Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

For faster service, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing your order.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged only if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as damage if the product itself is intact.

If your item arrives damaged:

·       Notify us within 72 hours of delivery

·       Email shop@dufalo.com with clear photos of the damage

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, DUFALO is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

We are also not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed deliveries

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
